What to include in your email
The faster we can reproduce what you’re seeing, the faster we can fix it. Please include:
- Your device model and operating system version (e.g. iPhone 15, iOS 18; Pixel 8, Android 14).
- The GreenGlass app version, found under Settings → About in the app.
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- A screenshot if relevant — one image often saves a long back-and-forth.
Privacy and data removal
For privacy questions, or to remove a contribution you’ve made to the community plant & livestock catalog, see the Privacy Policy or email hello@apotropaiclabs.com with the rough submission date and species name.
Bugs and feature requests
Same address: hello@apotropaiclabs.com. Bug reports and feature requests both end up in the same triage queue.
